Students ‘worry’ about Philadelphia school funding. Philadelphia City Council member Curtis Jones, Jr. receives Guatemalan-style ‘Worry Dolls’ from a Samuel Powel Elementary School student. The worry dolls were done by the Powel students as part of a Picasso grant that the Art League’s got to work at Powel on a sequence on Central American art.
