The Arts League offers various classes to instruct and enrich everyone:

Session Classes

 The Arts League has sessions throughout the year where we offer classes for adults and children.

  • Adults (Teens are welcome in most adult classes)
  • Tots/Preschoolers: Ages 0 - 5

After-School Youth Classes

 The Arts League offers an affordable option for after school cultural enrichment for ages 5-14. This program runs concurrent with the school semester. Please see details of our program and full listing of the current schedule.

Workshops

 The Arts League strives to present workshops where students can have an intensive, hands-on experience within a subject area. Please see our listing of current workshops. 		Classes
Classes for all ages are taught by experienced and accomplished instructors. See more about our Faculty. Our instructional facilities include:
  • 2 dance studios
  • 2 art studios
  • 2 darkrooms
  • 2 general-purpose spaces
  • 1 pottery studio
To register for classes: Please visit our online registration system.

If you would like to mail or fax a registration, please print out the registration form. Follow instructions at the top of the form to mail or fax it to us or register by phone at 215/382-7811. Registration policies are detailed on the form. A credit card number or check must accompany your registration to secure a place in a class. Please be aware that if the minimum number of students in a class is not reached after week two of enrollment we will have to cancel that class. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If a class is cancelled a refund will be given for all missed classes.

Escort Service: The University City District provides escort service. If you need an escort to walk you to your car, or to your home if you live nearby, call 215/387-WALK (3942).

In case of inclement weather: Listen for school closing information on KYW News Radio 1060. The Arts League's emergency school closing number is 1086.

On days that public schools are closed, UCAL will not hold after school classes. UCAL is not able to pickup children on early dismissal days.
