Session Classes

Following are the subject areas for our sessions and classes that we are offering. For details on the classes available for this session, please follow the link for the subject area that interests you.

Tots to Teens

  • Ages 0 - 12 - Pottery Storytime, Art for Kids, Peekaboo Alley Kid's Music, Creative Dance, Ceramic World, Tae Kwondo, Adventures in Art, Beginner's Jazz Dance, MUSIC: Individual lessons in piano, guitar, cello chamber music groups now forming.
  • Ages 13 - 18 - Yoga, Hip Hop, Ballet, Teen Jam session, Figure Drawing for teens.

Classes for Adults - (Teens are welcome in most adult classes)

  • Art - Intro to Clay Sculpture, Fundamental Drawing, Life drawing, Collaborative Art
  • Crafts - Stained glass, Rags to Runway, Simple Sew, Knitting Circle, Metal working & Jewelry Design, Landscape Design
  • Dance - Folk Dances, Modern Dance, Ballet Basics, Belly Dance, Hip Hop, Flamenco
  • Social Dance- Ballroom Basics, Lindy Hop, Latin Club Dance, Argentine Tango, Street Salsa
  • Fitness - Evening Workout, Tai chi for Health, Tai chi, Iyengar based Yoga, Tae Kwondo, Aikido, weekend Workout, Cardio Kickboxing, Butts & Guts, ASCAB Capoeira
  • Language - Japanese Language & Culture, Spanish, French Conversation
  • Music - Individual lessons in piano, guitar, cello chamber music groups now forming
  • Personal Growth - Art of Breast feeding (support group)
  • Photography - Basic Black & white, intermediate Black & white
  • Pottery - Various levels and themes of classes in Wheel throwing and/or Hand building techniques
  • Theater - Magic
  • Writing - Poetry

In addition to our session classes, we offer specially scheduled classes and workshops.

Classes Classes for all ages are taught by experienced and accomplished instructors.

Our instructional facilities include:

  • 2 dance studios
  • 2 art studios
  • 2 darkrooms
  • 2 general-purpose spaces
  • 1 pottery studio

To register for classes, please print out the registration form. Follow instructions at the top of the form to mail or fax it to us or register by phone at 215/382-7811. Registration policies are detailed on the form. A credit card number or check must accompany your registration to secure a place in a class. Please be aware that if the minimum number of students in a class is not reached after week two of enrollment we will have to cancel that class. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If a class is cancelled a refund will be given for all missed classes.
