In addition to our session classes, we have specially scheduled or ongoing classes. To sign up for these classes or for more information, please contact the UCAL office.

Private Piano/Guitar Lessons

Beth Fox, instructor for our Peekaboo Alley music classes for children, will offer private piano or guitar classes for children or adults. Lessons are $25 for 30 minutes. Please see our flyer.		 Piano Lessons


Afterschool Programs

  • Afterschool Arts
    For any of our after school classes - Ceramic World, Kid's Magic, Kid's Mosaics, Pottery Story Time, Dance Exploration - as long as there are at least 4 children signed up, we will pick-up kid's from Penn Alexander School for an additional $5 fee. Children should be picked up from UCAL after the class.
  • Afterschool Language
    There is an Afterschool Language Program for 3rd through 6th graders. The tuition is $200 for 10 weeks:
    • Spanish: 3:15 - 5:00pm on Wednesdays with Patricia Isakowitz
    These programs are available to children from any school. Children from Penn Alexander School will be collected by the teacher and brought to UCAL. Pick-up is from UCAL.

Language Classes

In addition to our Afterschool Language Program, we are offering a language program for adults.

Yiddish: 6:30 - 8:30pm on Tuesdays, run by Youngish and Yiddish. These classes are targeted for those under 40 years of age. For more information, send mail to info@youngishandyiddish.org.
