Here's how it works: Each bid sheet will include a "BUY IT NOW" price or BIN. If the highest bid is less than the BUY IT NOW price, you can purchase the item right away at the BIN price without waiting for the auction to end. Simply take the item and bid sheet to the check out area for payment.

The 2011 UCAL Annual Auction will be held on May 21, 2011 at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Wilson Student Center, 42nd & Woodland Ave. A map of the USP campus is available. The Wilson Student Center is building #16 on the USP map and free on-campus parking is available.

The preview dinner begins at 6:00pm and is being catered by SOOP Catering. The Silent Auction starts at 7:00pm and winners of the Silent Auction may pick up their items after 9:00pm. The Live Auction runs from 8:00pm - 10:00pm. General admission for the auctions alone is $10.00. Tickets for the auction are available at the door or you can stop by the UCAL office to pick up tickets ahead of time.

    Half-page ad - $150

  • Donate an item
    We can use new and kindly used items for the auction like rugs, collectibles, crafts, art, gift certificates to local businesses and much, much more. If you'd like to donate an item, contact the UCAL Office
  • Volunteer
    We can use people to help prepare for the Auction. If you have hours you can donate, contact the UCAL Office.


Dinners

  • 6-course lavish dinner for 12 at the Castle, donated by Ellie & Nick Cernansky
  • 6-course French dinner for 6, donated by Frank & Mary Allegra
  • 6-course Latin American dinner for 8, donated by Maria Delgado


Vacations

  • 1 wk in Orlando Florida at the Westgate Resorts, donated by Angela Dowd-Burton
  • 2 nights in the round room in the Castle, donated by Ellie & Nick Cernansky
