Behind the Scene Tours

  • Union League
    Tour for (4) to see such archival items as the signed copy of the Emancipation Proclamation; includes lunch.
  • Philadelphia Inquirer
    Tour for (4) which includes continental breakfast with the editor and attendance at a morning news meeting.
  • Historical Society of Pennsylvania
    Led by the Senior Director of the Library, tour for (5) of the HSP vault to see some of HSP's most important historic documents, including the printer's proof of the Declaration of Independence.
  • Mutter Museum
    Tour for (5) includes entrance to the museum and the current exhibit Corporeal Manifestations until August 2, 2010.
  • Garden History

The 2010 UCAL Annual Auction will be held on May 15, 2010 at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Wilson Student Center, 42nd & Woodland Ave. A map of the USP campus is available. The Wilson Student Center is building #16 on the USP map and free on-campus parking is available.

The preview dinner begins at 6:00pm and is being catered by SOOP Catering. The Silent Auction starts at 7:00pm and winners of the Silent Auction may pick up their items after 9:00pm. The Live Auction runs from 8:00pm - 10:00pm. General admission for the auctions alone is $10.00. Tickets for the auction are available at the door or you can stop by the UCAL office to pick up tickets ahead of time.

    We can use new and kindly used items for the auction like rugs, collectibles, crafts, art, gift certificates to local businesses and much, much more. If you'd like to donate an item, contact the UCAL Office
  • Volunteer
    We can use people to help prepare for the Auction. If you have hours you can donate, contact the UCAL Office.
