February 8 5:30 - 7:45pm	Gallery Opening Reception Works by visual artist and dancer, Lesley Mitchell, that explores Tango through its images and its poetry. There will be a short performance by the artist with her partner, Kelly Ray, and other members of the Philadelphia Tango community. The exhibit will continue on until March 8, 2008. Roberto Reis will sing Tangos, accompanying himself on guitar.
February 8 8:00 - 8:45pm	Free Tango Lesson A free Tango lesson can be had in the 2nd floor studio. No partners needed. Followed by the regularly scheduled Milonga Dance party.
February 14 Postponed until February 23 6:30 - 8:00pm	Argentine Wine Tasting $15 members, $20 non-members Celebrate Valentine's Day with an Argentine wine tasting. You will sample the wines of Argentina in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere complete with Argentine tango music. You will taste and learn a little about the background of 10 Argentine wines as well as be engaged in conversation about Argentine tango culture, possibly even get a little demo and/or mini-instruction. What a fantastic way to spend Valentine's Day. Limit 20 people. Since not enough people RSVP'd for this event, we are postponing it until Febrary 23 and will have the wine tasting just prior to the showing of Tango at the Movies. In order to have this wine tasting we must have your RSVP by Friday, February 22, at noon. Please contact the UCAL office to RSVP.
February 15	Friday Night Milonga Belatedly celebrate Valentine's Day with our Friday Night Milonga and a special short performance by Los Hermanos Macana, a pair of spectacular tango dancing brothers. See a video clip of the Los Hermanos Macana.
