Artists are the backbone of our creative economy and culture. Join local institutions in a daylong un-conference style gathering to share resources, make connections and build community.
Guest speakers include experts from; the Institute of Contemporary Art, Commonweal Gallery, Fleisher Art Memorial, Da Vinci Art Alliance, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Mural Arts, Office of Art Culture & Creative Economy, Univest Bank, The Arts League, and a special keynote by Curator and Editor Ginger Rudolph. The convening is split into six different workshops and breakout sessions covering a variety of topics relevant to artists in the Philadelphia region. Each takes a hyper-localized lens to cultivate a productive and resourceful experience for artists and educators from all backgrounds.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided during this full-day program. Attendees are invited to attend a post-convening happy hour at Local 44 where your registration gets you a complimentary drink.
